@jaja904 pushups squats situps jumping jacks , gawd theres soo much you can do!! runs jumping go to local playground/school do pullups dips etc.
just realize that we are what we eat…and exercise will convert that food to whatever you want..

hey vince. How many times should i perform the workout per week? Do i just superset those exercices in pairs (#1 with #2, #3 with #4, etc) or do i have to do them separately?

if u dont beleave plz go to 4.10 , half chin ups that is , dips … thats a really weird phenomenon u do deep dip only at the end , i mean how is this hapening in the rest of the world everyone starts deep and close the end might half it due to excaust , u seemed excausted in the 1st 3 ….

what should i do for harder excercises like pullups on week one? i can’t do 15 pullups especially after bentover rows. and then one the other end, easier ones like back extensions and incline reverse ups at the end, for 5 reps??? do i add wieghts?

i have an important question about the meals you should eat when you gain muscle. i am in highschool so i cant eat the six meals a day everyone talks about. is there some sort of three meal diet that will help me gain mass also?
i really dont know how dis guy hasnt hurt himself by now shocking technique ….
@noteboomable eat healthy and eat as much as you can. train smart, get stronger in the three most important lifts: squat, deadlift, bench. and sleep as much as you can. thats all it takes. no fancy programs or special diets.
@Viper4ever05 the answer to that question is YES! BUT, BUT,BUT u would have to work out Tuesday and Friday and on those day you have to cover chest/shoulders/tries/bies/hamstrings/quads/back!!! were talking 2.5/3 hrs each of those days YEAH BOY… or just do urself a favour and go 4 times a week
