Ay is there an alternative for the resistance band? I have one but it’s too short for these exercises. I’ve been trying to do your workouts and it gets pretty tiring. Keep your workouts coming please!!

Whats the best exercise for
-broad muscular shoulders
-fine chest
-abs
Dont need to be bodybuilders size just OK

@ACE142069 Everybody’s body is different so a diet plan for me (a hard gainer) might not work for someone who’s an easy gainer…. i’d suggest doing a lot of research to find out what type of body you have and then you can tailor a diet to suit you :) good luck ;P
