Dependant on what your goal is. To lose weight, Yes, but you couldn’t do it week after week like that because you would lose weight very quickly and then you’d find the runs harder due to not enough calories because of the low intake.
1/2 a mile would take you about 10-15 mins dependant on your level of fitness. As you got fitter you’d find the time getting quicker.

Nothings impossible, but Yes it is a lot to lose in a short period of time AND keep it off.
You need to lose weight gradually so the body can get used to it and help maintain it’s new weight.
