@kevinho1379 I recommend alternating between weights and cardio on different days. cardio exercise like swimming, running, jump roping or any aerobic exercise will burn the extra fat off day by day. and the weigh training will increase your muscle size and strength which will increase your fat burning rate even while your sleeping! . you will also need to eat good. which means eating less crappy processed foods, and eating more healthy natural foods+drink lots of water… that should do it! ;D

@Rking100000 obviously it meanse lose your fat weight. by adding muscle mass to your body you will be able to burn more calories even when you are sleeping. eventually you will gain muscle weight and lose fat weight

Fatigue training, nice :) . Just be very careful with bringing your arms above the ears. Trust me, both of my shoulders are ruined, you are very young, but I would recommend to bring them just below the ears, the higher zone is damage zone.
