question… are you doing heavy weight or light?… and why?…

@JustinMcCorkle Intervals consists of cardio type exercises that arnt cardio Ie: Squat jumps, burpees, 8 count body builders, but kicks or high knees. Do each exercise for 45 seconds rest 10 seconds in between each exercise and repeat the circuit twice for max fatloss I would do 3-4 rounds.
