@PirateKing1256 tht the wrong sort of food u want too be eating things mainly like ( tuna -pasta -eggs-meat-milk-water-things with lots of protein i hope u do well with this information dont get me wrong mcdonalds meals wud still work but eating tht much is not gud for your health you want to keep fit and bulk up take my advice

glass of milk or water
2 hour later feast on sum peanuts or sumthing with high protein
bit l8er have sum meat thn do a workout
