Can someone show me a book or a site where there is a muscle / development program of force?

And also if you used you could tell me how you were before and after this program? And if it helps, I'm a freshman at the school high school, I'm about 5'8''1 / 2 or 5'9''and I weigh about 130-135. My body fat percentage is between 10% and 11% and the two sports I play are basketball and golf. Thank you! All answers are appreciated! :)
