The exercise and fitness issue?

I am 19 years old, 5'10 ", and I weigh 12.9stone. I think therefore I am a little overweight. I just want some advice on exercise routines and diet plans to help me lose weight and strengthen muscles. My main objective would be my stomach, chest and arms. I have free weights and a bench at home that I want to use. I want to be in decent shape in the next ten weeks, is this possible? Any tips and advice on exercise and healthy eating would be great! Thank you!

the best or quickest to lose weight. not focus on weight loss. focus on the objective weight. and sending positive thoughts to the ideal weight. first thing in the morning, walking with a dumbbell in your small hands (3 lbs each if you do not worry) 15-30 min walk. then slept at home or do push ups Minimize REST between sets. so do squats (burn more calories than breast drive) with small dumbbells or what you use at home. do sit ups, undertaker as much as you can break up the routine every two days, but if you are alive in the morning, you can do more. All you have to do is listen to your body. workout after eating proteins with high carbohydrate meal to replenish the high body tired.
