@demon66685 a little bit but it depends what exercises you are doing. If you are squating heavy weight than you are not getting taller any time soon but as long as you feel that you have grown in your bone structure enough, than you are fine. But you should first consult with your physician or doctor at your next check up. ok?

dude im doing what he said without weights and i feel pumping already hahaha ;D i look buff hell yeah ;D u dont need the heavy weights thats just to strain your muscle more
for beginers id say to just make the movement without weights trust me it gets tiring ;D

lol 15′s?? couldnt lift 15′s for my lateral raises wouldnt be able to complete the technique! 10′s i can do aiming for 12s at the moment but thats atleast a month away.
