Vince Delmonte is the creator and author of the "NO-Nonsense Muscle Building" program. Over the past few years Vince has been considered the elite "Savior of the skinny guy" and has helped over 20,000 customers from all over the world build muscle and gain weight.

The nuts and bolts of Vince Delmonte!

There's know doubt that Vince knows what it takes to build muscle and overcome muscle unfriendly genes in the shortest time possible.

Unfortunately for Vince, competing in long distance running and triathlon competitions didn't do him any favors when it came to gaining weight, and building muscle

After this he got into weight training and really focused on gaining muscle. Over a period of six months, Vince managed to gain 41 pounds of solid muscle which meant his weight jumped from an athletic 149 pounds to a muscular, solid 190 pounds.

Now the cool part. He did this without drugs, a ton of supplements and training only three days per week.

Vince's amazing results even caught the attention of the International fitness magazine Maximum Fitness which featured a 2 page spread of his transformation story.

Like I said before Vince has an Honors Degree in Kinesiology and has been a Personal Trainer for five years. He also has around 5 or so personal trainers working under him at his local gym.
