@ccri5548 It’s just a tool. It creates a deficit. If you want to fast 24 hours to be in a energy deficit, it works. If you want to eat 1 meal a day to be in a deficit, it works. If you want to eat 8 meals a day and be in a deficit it works. To lose fat, you just need to consume less. Fasting is just one to help you get into that deficit. If fasting does not suit your personality, it probably will not work. Follow diets that SUIT YOUR PERSONALITY. We’re individuals.

@MegaWeeTam I don’t judge people and unless someone invited you into their life to hold them accountable then you should not judge them either. I believe I can learn from everyone and Ryan is a wealth of information and one of the best training partners I’ve had. And since when did you become the author of “good form” There are many different lifting styles that are effective.

@VinceDelMonte Mr delmonte i had back problems since i remeber 4 years ago i got hurt wrestling, i stop wrestling i stop working out i gain like 80 pounds an every thing i did hurts, since i found youtube your videos have help me alot am getting back in shape am back in the gym an i dont feel pain a much any more i have not been getting sick an i feel my old self coming back to life

@VinceDelMonte Im not into internet arguments, I was calling it like i saw it it looks like the form allot of pro BB’s use, a natural lifter would be better suited to the form you use, If hes not on roids id be surprised and impressed , and Vince we all judge others its human nature.

Vince, I enjoy your videos. As a video producer I think they could be produced a bit better but that aside, i like your simple approach. I was born without a right pectoral and lat dorsi but i dont let that stop me. any tips for us asymmetrical fitness dudes?
it’s hard to push my good side, even though i use dumbbells. My right shoulder tries to make up for the missing muscles but it can only do so much. My goal is to firm up what i have but it’s hard to “push” when you only have half a chest.

Dear vince, i have a severly uneven chest, where my right chest has no grove on the bottom but my left does. i have done all the exercises which should help, like dips, decline db bench press etc, but none of them help at all, if anything i think the problem is getting worse cause my left side is getting more and more defined. please help me

what happends if u can’t increase the weight in a week …then what, and what happends if u do it with the biggest dumbbells in the gym then what do u do?

How many exercises do you have to do for each muscle area and should they all be pyramid sets?
E.g. For Biceps would I do a pyramid set of preacher curls as well as a pyramid set of hammer curls, later on, in the same gym session?
